- Domain setup and/or transfer (on transfers customer must have full admin email access)
- SiteApex Training (1 hour phone or customer attending meeting)

The following service is offered by OSM Networks to allow our Resellers to focus on new sales following the successful completion and launch of a project.
Service includes:
- Your own dedicated 1-800 number Canada and US calling
- Branded Support "Thank you for calling
Technical Support” - 7 X 24 online ticket system
- 9am – 5pm EST phone support
- Use of any customer supplied scripts for any technical, informational or billing related issues
